This card was for Donna's Valentine Joy Fold Card Challenge at Scraptures. I obviously didn't do a Valentine card, but opted for a birthday card instead. I am really happy with the final product and will be making this type of card again!

WAAAAAY behind on posts

So I was looking for a layout I had done at last weeks Scraptures crop and found a bunch that I did at the November crop that I hadn't taken pcitures of ***bangs head on wall***

This one was a kit that I bought the first time I went to CKC Buffalo with my BFF, Christa way back in June 2007. Way to hoard Shannon!

Love Beyond Measure

Here is a layout that I did for a challenge over at Scrap~tures with February's kit.

I found this layout while surfing Pinterest, so I went to the blog that it was on and simply fell in love with it. Here it is on Bliss, it was part of the Echo Park Paper & Epiphany Crafts blog hop.

I choose to do this as I find the pattern papers a little overwhelming  , but if they are cut up not so much  . Mine is just slightly different as I didn't put the journalling around the perimeter and I matted my pattern paper with hot pink cardstock. Thank you Linda for the inspiration

A Layout and 2 Cards

Finally made it back to to my scrap desk last night. I did a layout for a challenge over on the forums at Scrap~tures, I finished off a baby card and made a sympathy card.

Christa's Colour Me Love Challenge. The challenge was to use the Hot Off The Press Colour Me papers that were included in February's kit. It was lots of fun rubbing the colour into the paper and seeing the image come out. Just like wax resist from when we were kids.

A baby card for friends on Facebook who FINALLY have been blessed with a little miracle! This card was totally cased from Miss Lil' Stamper, I simply fell in love with it on her blog....thank you Sylvia for the inspiration. 

A family friend passed away suddenly yesterday, so also made a sympathy card for his family.
